These late light nights are fantastic aren't they? And this week see's the longest day of the year! The Summer Solstice in our Northern Hemisphere is on Friday 21st June.
This solstice – which marks the beginning of summer in the Northern Hemisphere – marks the sun's most northerly point in Earth's sky. Then, as all the pessimists point out, it starts getting darker sooner minute by minute… Sorry to remind you.
It's a good reminder though that the seasons always come and go. Before we know it, it'll be the end of summer and into autumn again. So that's a great incentive to get your fitness levels up to top shape right now.
This is what we have waiting for you to help you become the fittest you.
Plus – we're open from sunrise to sunset, 24 hours each and every day.
